Time: Starts at noon, but participants may arrive as early as 10:30 am for warmup and lunch.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the VA's Special Olympics program.

Team of four: $600

Individual player: $175

Raffle: $5 each or five for $20

If your form does not include names for all of your team members, please email the Chamber at vanalstynechamber@gmail.com the first and last names of each participant as well as the team name as soon as possible. This will help with check-in and with placing teams starting at different holes.
