MORE THAN A COFFEE HOUSE
We are more than a coffee house.
More than a store.
More than a workplace
Or a place to create.
Inkorporated will be a place where we learn from mistakes and loss and we celebrate diversity and inclusion, youth, and humanity.
We are a gathering place that will turn into a human rights movement.
Ink Coffee & Crumbs

Mission
We are a registered 501c3 organization created to model, promote and provide inclusive opportunities for purposeful employment, meaningful relationships, creative expression, and community living for individuals of ALL abilities. Our first target group is the 16-23 year old because we want to be their first and most memorable job experience thereby shaping their paradigm for inclusion.
Goals
We believe that an increase in inclusive activities for this demographic will lead to adults who are more intentional in voting, purchasing, hiring, creating public policy, and building community health in general.
From McKinney, Texas, a city that is unique by nature, we will start a grassroots movement that finds and celebrates the naturally unique abilities, talents, and interests of each person who walks through the doors of the Inkorporated Community.

Origin of Cooley Bay Winery : The beginnings of Cooley Bay Winery started with a dream to bring a specialty drink called "The Cooley" to market. In the process of development of "The Cooley", a love of the world of wine and the great people involved was created. In 2014, it was determined that a Tasting Room would be built in Van Alstyne, Texas, where wine lovers could come together to taste some great wines and experience "The Cooley" on tap while sitting back and relaxing with their family and friends. The Van Alstyne, Texas Winery -- Cooley Bay Winery, the first Winery in the City of Van Alstyne, Texas, was constructed on the site of an abandoned AT&T Communications tower site. In the early '90s, the tower was destroyed in a severe storm, and the building remained vacant for decades until it was remodeled and enlarged into a contemporary tasting room to enjoy wine tastings, pairings, and the purchase of traditional varieties of wine, fruit wines, and experience "The Cooley".
Don's Smokehouse was established in 1963 in Garland, Texas, by my father, Don Davis. After being a meat cutter in the U.S. Air Force, he started his dream of having his own butcher shop. He operated in Garland, TX, until 1982, then relocated to Waco, TX., to a larger facility. There he and his wife Dorothy expanded and grew with quality meats and service that made you part of the family.
Now open in downtown Howe, TX. We are a full-service butcher shop, food manufacturer, web store, and delivery. Check us out and buy the best jerky and sausage around!
